By accessing this website, creating an account, or engaging Step Dragon Corporation ("Step Dragon", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

Step Dragon designs and builds software platforms across categories including AI, fintech, trading, gaming, and enterprise systems, both as our own products and as engineering partnerships with clients.

Pricing shown on our website is indicative "starting from" pricing for engineering partnerships. Final scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a separate written proposal or statement of work before any binding commitment is made.

If you create a client account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including project requirements, files, and payment details.

Fees for engineering partnerships are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work and are due according to the schedule agreed there. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are owned by the client upon full payment. Step Dragon retains ownership of its own products (including NeuroTrade, ThreadForge, HTG Exchange, and ArchiLovers), pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how used to deliver any engagement.

All content on this website — including text, design, and branding — is owned by Step Dragon Corporation and may not be reproduced without permission.

Each party agrees to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement, except as required by law.

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly agreed in a statement of work, our services are provided "as is" without further warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Step Dragon's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate an active engagement as set out in the relevant statement of work. We may suspend or terminate access to the client portal for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
